How do I start the process for you to design my personalized vacation?

To activate a personalized planning project, the first step is to purchase the ‘TURASO Planning Consultation’ through our payment gateway. You can request the link or find the purchase button on our website, via WhatsApp, or by email. Once the payment is completed, an advisor will contact you to carry out a diagnosis of your preferences and needs.

To guarantee your freedom of choice, TURASO offers three clearly differentiated plans:

  • Plan 1 (Essential): Core and functional experiences, optimized for tight budgets.
  • Plan 2 (Recommended Experience): The best cost-benefit balance with standout experiences.
  • Plan 3 (Premium Experience): Greater comfort, flexibility, and exclusive experiences.
At TURASO, nothing is standard; everything is tailored to the group. We conduct a group profile assessment (number of people, family/business profile, dates) and, based on its size, we plan comprehensive logistics: from the type of vehicle and lodging capacity to meals and adjustments to the experiences—ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
During the execution phase, we provide logistical coordination and constant communication. Depending on the plan you choose, you will have either remote or on-site support. In addition, we handle unforeseen situations to ensure your satisfaction.
